Insulin Resistant P.C.O.S
This is the most common type of PCOS. It happens when your body becomes less sensitive to insulin — the hormone that helps regulate blood sugar. When insulin stays high, it triggers the ovaries to produce more androgens (like testosterone), disrupting ovulation. Common signs of Insulin Resistant PCOS
include irregular or missing periods; weight gain, especially around the midsection; fatigue, sugar cravings, brain fog, acne, and excess hair growth.
